I think the item is a bit over priced for what it is and, in fact, just last week I found a beautiful old one in an antique store for $2.50. These were used a century ago when women cooked on wood stoves and needed a way to lift the burners--same exact thing. I think that one could find a much cheaper (and prettier) substitute at a flea market or antique shop but that said, having a tool like this is definitely a MUST with a cast iron grill.
