This grill is excellent. It is the cheapest grill you can get that is still manufactured by Weber. The grill was easy to set up. It took about an hour and the grill feels very solid. The grill has performed well heating quickly and fairly even. It is hotter toward the front but it is nothing major. The flavorizer (covers for the burners) were all bent on arrival. After a 3 minute call to customer service I was shipped new ones no questions asked. The customer service is excellent and the warranty for the grill is equally as impressive. I highly recommend this grill.

I bought this item based solely on the Ducane reputation for quality and durability. So far, I have not been disappointed. It was shipped promptly and arrived undamaged. The assembly instructions were straightforward and all parts were accounted for and fit like they should. Operation is a breeze with the electric igniter. No problems firing it up and it heats up very quickly. Provides a consistent flame on each burner so I get good cook-through with no burns or raw areas. I would recommend this grill to a friend.

We purchased this grill based off of name alone. We had a Phoenix that had over time (10 years) and heavy grilling (@ least 3x weekly) 10 months out of the year. The Phoenix was awesome I had one flare up over that time span and it was my fault. This Duane however, flares up every time it is used. The only way I have found around it is to cook on the side opposite of where the flame is. It's a nightmare to clean compared to the Phoenix and the grates are too wide. We will be replacing it with another Phoenix as they are now available.
